All content available through the Kelqoria online store, including product photography, videos, brand names, logos, descriptions, graphics, illustrations, eyewear designs, product presentation, website design, written materials, and other creative content, is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Kelqoria or the applicable rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We Welcome: You may share photographs or videos of your Kelqoria sunglasses on social media and tag us. We love seeing our eyewear become part of your everyday style.
We Prohibit: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially resell, impersonate, scrape, republish, or otherwise misuse Kelqoria images, logos, text, videos, designs, or other protected content without prior written authorization.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Kelqoria intellectual property or any unrestricted right to use protected brand materials.
2. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, colors, materials, frame dimensions, lens information, measurements, features, and photography.
Because product appearance may vary under different conditions, slight differences may occur in:

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Fit & Comfort
The fit of sunglasses may vary depending on:

Kelqoria cannot guarantee that every frame style will fit every individual identically.
Lens Care
